Click Global Talent
These terms govern access to and use of our websites and programme portals. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 12 May 2026. Related: Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@clickglobaltalent.com.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Click Global Talent's ("CGT", "we", "us") websites, registration flows, or online services—including the Talent Management Platform and related portals—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Additional terms may apply to specific offerings (for example, master services agreements, statements of work, employment agreements with Core Support Hub, or in-product acknowledgements). If enterprise terms conflict with these terms on a specific point, the enterprise agreement controls between the parties that signed it.
2. The services
Depending on your role, you may use or be invited to use:
- Public marketing and information sites operated by CGT.
- The talent-facing TMP experience at talent.clickglobaltalent.ph and/or talent.clickglobaltalent.com.
- The client portal at client.clickglobaltalent.com for authorized client users.
- The internal administration console at admin.clickglobaltalent.com, which is provided only to CGT and expressly authorized internal or operations users. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use without undue delay.
Certain areas are available only to invited or approved users (for example, activated client organizations, registered talent, or internal staff). We may refuse service, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements or that present risk to the programme.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or infringe others' rights;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services, or bypass security or access controls;
- Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the services except through documented APIs or with our written consent;
- Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the services;
- Misrepresent your identity, employer, or authority to act on behalf of an organization;
- Use the services to build a competing recruitment database or to circumvent programme rules (including rules about shortlists and client–talent contact).
5. Third-party sign-in
If you use Google or another identity provider to sign in, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms and privacy policy. You grant us permission to access the profile elements shown on the consent screen for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
CGT and its licensors retain all rights in the services, branding, software, and content we provide. Subject to these terms and your agreements with us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services for their intended purpose.
You retain rights in content you upload; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the programme.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Programme descriptions on marketing pages are summaries; final rights and obligations are in your contracts with CGT, Core Support Hub, or clients as applicable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither CGT nor its affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the services.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services or these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to CGT for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, or (b) one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100), if no fees apply. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still lawful.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify CGT and its affiliates against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your home country as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Continued use after the effective date of material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and may request account closure where available.
