What you can do in the portal

The Click Global Talent client portal is the secure workspace for authorized representatives of hiring companies. It connects your team to CGT's Talent Management Platform programme—without exposing private talent contact details outside programme rules.

  • Review curated shortlists and candidate progress for open roles
  • Track milestones, agreements, and onboarding steps with your CGT team
  • Manage invoicing and billing contacts for programme services
  • Coordinate hiring workflows with a single sign-on for your organization

Sign in at client.clickglobaltalent.ph or client.clickglobaltalent.com. Access is by invitation for activated client organizations.

Welcome to **V1.0.0 BETA** of the CGT client portal. This release gives your hiring team a secure workspace to post roles, review candidates, and collaborate with CGT recruiters.

Account & access

  • **Registration** — Create your company account on the platform.
  • **Email verification** — Confirm your email to activate access.
  • **Sign in & sign out** — Secure JWT-based login and logout.
  • **Password recovery** — Forgot-password and reset-password flows if you lose access.

> **Note:** Full portal features become available after CGT completes client onboarding and approval. Until then, some sections may be limited.

Company profile & branding

  • **Company profile** — View and update your organization details.
  • **Logo** — Upload or remove your company logo for a branded experience across the portal.

Compliance

  • **Business details** — Submit and update information required for CGT compliance.
  • **Service agreement** — Check signature status and download your signed service agreement PDF when ready.

Job postings

  • **Manage job posts** — Create, edit, and view your open roles from the portal.
  • **Interested applicants** — See candidates who have expressed interest or been flagged for your review.
  • **Shortlisted applicants** — Focus on candidates your recruitment team has advanced for client consideration.

Hiring workflow

  • **Mark interest** — Indicate when you want to move forward with a candidate on a specific role.
  • **Cancel interest** — Withdraw interest if priorities change.
  • **Redacted résumés** — Open privacy-safe candidate profiles (no direct PII) using secure view links—ideal for sharing internally while protecting talent privacy.

Interviews

  • **Schedule from link** — When CGT sends you an interview scheduling link, open it to validate your token and book a time slot without logging in first (public scheduling flow).

Talent & contracts

  • **Hired talent database** — Browse talent you have hired through CGT engagements.
  • **Contracts** — Access your contract listing for visibility into active agreements.

Dashboard

  • **Overview** — Snapshot metrics and highlights for your hiring activity at a glance.

Notifications

  • **Inbox** — Stay on top of candidate updates, interview reminders, and platform messages.
  • **Read & unread** — Mark individual notifications read or unread, or mark all as read in one action.

Settings & security

  • **Preferences** — Adjust portal settings to match your workflow; reset to defaults when needed.
  • **Password** — Change your account password anytime.
  • **Active sessions** — See where you are signed in and revoke a single device or all sessions for security.

Working with CGT recruiters

During beta, some pipeline steps (screening, offers, compliance checks) may still be coordinated by your CGT recruitment team alongside self-serve portal actions. Your recruiter remains your primary contact for escalations and policy questions.

Known beta limitations

  • Portal availability depends on account approval and service agreement completion.
  • Not all job post fields or reporting views are final; expect improvements in upcoming releases.
  • Interview scheduling links expire per CGT policy—request a new link from your recruiter if yours has expired.
