The Click Global Talent client portal is the secure workspace for authorized representatives of hiring companies. It connects your team to CGT's Talent Management Platform programme—without exposing private talent contact details outside programme rules.

- Manage invoicing and billing contacts for programme services
- Coordinate hiring workflows with a single sign-on for your organization

Welcome to **V1.2.0 BETA** of the CGT client portal. This release helps you evaluate talent faster with AI match insights and structured, proctored assessments.
What's new in this release
Click AI match insights
- **See fit at a glance** — For shortlisted candidates, view a Click AI **match score, headline, strengths, and gaps** against your job post.
- **Focused on real prospects** — Match insights appear once talent is shortlisted to your portal (shortlisted, for interview, interview scheduled, offer), keeping early screening noise-free.
Interview & assessments
- **Build assessments** — Create and manage interview-assessment templates, with a Click AI builder to help draft questions quickly.
- **Proctored candidate sessions** — Candidates complete timed, screenshot-proctored assessments through secure invite links sent by email.
- **Review with AI** — Review submissions with AI-assisted scoring and summaries, plus proctoring evidence, so you can make confident decisions.
Click AI job post assistant
- **Guided posting** — Create or update job postings with Click AI assistance, with the editor updating in real time as the assistant works.
Experience upgrades
- **Refreshed emails** — Invitations, notifications, and updates now use a cleaner, consistent Click Match design.
- **Faster portal** — Dashboards and candidate lists are cached for quicker load times.
Unchanged from V1.1.0
Company profile, job postings, candidate interest, redacted résumés, interview scheduling links, hired talent, contracts, dashboard, notifications, and release notes all continue to work as before. Your 24-hour invite and password-reset security windows remain in place.
Known beta limitations
- Click AI match insights are AI-generated and intended to support—not replace—your own evaluation.
- Proctoring is screenshot-based and requires the candidate to grant camera and screen-share access; interrupted streams void the attempt.
- Assessment availability depends on a published template attached to the job post.
