Privacy Policy

Click Global Talent

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our websites, portals, and the Talent Management Platform (TMP). It is intended to support transparency, including for sign-in and OAuth consent screens.

Effective date: 12 May 2026. For questions: hello@clickglobaltalent.com. Related: Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Click Global Talent ("CGT", "we", "us") provides talent sourcing, client coordination, and programme services that connect employers with remote professionals, including arrangements supported by Core Support Hub as employer of record in the Philippines. Our head office is in Melbourne, Australia (333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000).

For the purposes of applicable privacy law, CGT is generally the controller of personal information collected through this public marketing site and, unless a separate notice on a product says otherwise, the operator of the programme portals listed below.

2. Services in scope

This policy applies to personal information processed in connection with:

  • This website and other CGT marketing properties that link to this policy.
  • The Talent Management Platform talent experience, including talent.clickglobaltalent.ph and talent.clickglobaltalent.com (the same programme may be reachable on more than one hostname).
  • The client portal for authorized representatives of client organizations: client.clickglobaltalent.com.
  • The internal administration console used only by CGT and authorized operations staff: admin.clickglobaltalent.com. Access is restricted to internal and expressly authorized users; it is not offered to the general public.

Programme-specific privacy materials may also appear inside those applications (for example, client-facing "Privacy & data" guides). If there is a conflict about a specific product feature, the more specific in-product description prevails for that feature, and this policy remains the general baseline.

3. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account and contact details such as name, work or personal email, phone number, company name, role, and authentication identifiers.
  • Recruitment and programme records such as CV or resume files, skills and experience descriptions, interview notes, status in a pipeline, agreements, billing contacts, and communications sent through the platform or to our team.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies where used, and security logs for fraud prevention and service reliability.
  • Support and inquiry content you send when you contact us or book consultations.

4. Sign-in with Google and OAuth

Where we offer Sign in with Google or other OAuth providers, we use that sign-in to authenticate you and to create or link your account. Depending on your provider settings and the scopes presented on the consent screen, this may include your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture.

We use Google account data only to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the services you access;
  • Communicate with you about your account and the programme where appropriate;
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, including Google user data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How we use information

We process personal information to:

  • Operate TMP, including talent profiles, status updates, document collection, and payslip or pay notification delivery where applicable;
  • Operate the client portal, including shortlists, milestones, agreements, and invoicing workflows described on our client site;
  • Operate restricted internal tools for staff to coordinate sourcing, compliance, and service delivery;
  • Verify accounts, prevent abuse, and protect the security of users and the platform;
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations, including employer-of-record obligations managed through Core Support Hub;
  • Improve reliability and user experience in line with this policy and your consent where consent is required.

6. When we share information

We may share personal information with:

  • Client organizations you are introduced to, subject to programme rules (for example, redacted or staff-reviewed shortlists rather than open directory browsing, as described in our client materials).
  • Core Support Hub and its service providers where they act as employer of record, payroll, or compliance partner for placed talent.
  • Service providers that host infrastructure, send email or notifications, process payments, or provide analytics and security, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We require recipients who act on our behalf to protect personal information appropriately.

7. Security and retention

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we work to align controls with the sensitivity of programme data.

We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the programme, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.

8. International transfers

CGT operates across Australia, the Philippines, and other regions where clients are located. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or to port data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights or ask questions, contact hello@clickglobaltalent.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond consistent with applicable law.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the effective date. Where changes are material and the law requires, we will provide additional notice or seek consent as appropriate.
