About the role
Click Global Talent is seeking a highly skilled, autonomous Senior Salesforce Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in enterprise data integration utilizing MuleSoft and/or Informatica (IDMC/CDI).
This is not a traditional "admin-plus-config" role. You will be the technical anchor and strategic voice for a premium enterprise engagement. We need an integration architect who can design robust API frameworks, map complex data schemas, and confidently lead client-facing workshops without hand-holding. Key responsibilities
- Architect & design: Lead integration architecture, data mapping, and API design. Define how Salesforce securely interacts with legacy systems, data warehouses, and third-party endpoints.
- Hands-on development: Build, test, and deploy robust integration pipelines using MuleSoft and/or Informatica (IDMC/Cloud Data Integration).
- Salesforce engineering: Deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with integration patterns and governance best practices.
- Client leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact. Confidently gather requirements, present technical solutions to stakeholders, and manage expectations independently.
- Data governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints, especially when handling sensitive financial or regulated data.

Requirements & qualifications
Required qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation, with a heavy emphasis on backend and middleware integration.
- Integration middleware mastery: Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) and/or Informatica (IDMC / CDI).
- Architectural mindset: Strong expertise in API design (REST/SOAP), event-driven architecture, Pub/Sub models, and complex ETL/ELT data mapping.
- Communication & autonomy: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable leading technical discovery sessions directly with stakeholders in US time zones without supervision.
- Location: Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet remote workspace.
Preferred & bonus qualifications
- Industry experience: Prior experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance).
- FinTech/WealthTech integrations: Familiarity with custodian platforms (LPL, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) or core banking systems (Jack Henry, FIS, Fiserv) is a massive plus.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect, or Informatica Certifications.
