Position Overview
Click Global Talent is seeking a dedicated part-time HubSpot Project Lead to manage and coordinate a dynamic portfolio of HubSpot projects. This contract role, initially for 3 months, offers up to 20 hours per week, aligned with US hours, and requires an immediate start. A key focus will be a significant Salesforce-to-HubSpot implementation, alongside other strategic HubSpot initiatives for the supported business.
Position Objective
The primary objective of the HubSpot Project Lead is to serve as the central coordination point, collaborating closely with delivery specialists to ensure the seamless progression and successful completion of all assigned projects. This role is critical for managing client communication, project timelines, budgets, and scope, ultimately ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery coordination for all assigned HubSpot projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
- Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing expectations, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage project dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate critical HubSpot configuration, data migration, and other implementation workstreams, ensuring core HubSpot solutions are precisely aligned with project requirements.
- Provide clear, concise, and regular project updates to stakeholders, facilitate productive meetings, and efficiently address change requests.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand the scope and value of services provided to the supported business.
- Oversee and manage multiple HubSpot projects concurrently as the portfolio expands, maintaining high standards across all initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools, specifically Claude, to enhance project management efficiency, automate routine tasks, and reduce manual effort in day-to-day operations.
Requirements & qualifications
Competencies and Skills
- Demonstrated strong project management and project leadership experience is essential.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Confident in working directly with clients, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable driving projects forward independently.
- Extensive HubSpot implementation experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration or other significant CRM implementation projects is a distinct advantage.
- Comfortable and proficient in using AI tools, particularly Claude, as part of your daily project management workflow.
